LEO delivers a wide range of programs in the arts, sciences and humanities to rural communities across the 15 counties of Eastern Oregon. The theme of A Sense of Place has been developed to tie these many diverse programs together. The broad theme relates to a physical place or a mental place of well-being. Examples of programs follow.
